Hello there, I'm Robocoddess, also known as 'Stacey' in my real-life - a 17 year old girl from outside the capital of the UK, and I'm one of a *rare* species called 'James Pond fan' LOL (hence the user name and avatar ^^; ). I'm kinda new here, as I joined a few days ago.
And you know what? I'm getting myself really interested in playing Amiga games. A few years ago I played a game with this duck creature which I think is called 'Dong', which was pretty good, until my mum chucked the Amiga 500 I had ;__; I also played Rainbow Islands too, that had great music ^^
Any other suggestions of platformer games I should be playing...apart from Lemmings which I really don't get? O_o
Well, I guess that's my intro done. I hope to stick around for sometime. |

Platform games, hmmm.... SUPERFROG !! of course. One of the best Amiga platform games ever released.
Give Rodland a try as well, my mate keeps bangin' on how good it is!

Hi and welcome, it's always nice to see new gamers and it's even nicer to see girls into the gaming scene. Don't get to see them to much.
And Superfrog isn't that good. But you can always try it out.

Indy...err..me says welcome!
Enjoy your stay, you'll like this board alot...very relaxed atmophere here unlike some other amiga boards on which they mostly speak about coding, programming etc 
We need more girls here to even the "mix" a bit.

I'm with Jungle Ninja on this one. Monkey Isl I & II is far best according to me... ok they are not platformers, but they are GOOOOD!
