Welcome to the third exciting adventure into the land of classic Amiga Gaming. This month, a truly impressive and equally difficult shootemup. For your gaming delectation, and chosen by popular demand, put your hands together for the truly amazing:
A shootemup which just keeps on getting more impressive as you play, gasp in wonder as you:
- Wonder how long that first level is going to last for
- Realise that the game changes the difficulty depending on how many enemies you shoot
- Get slightly worried that the first level is just too huge for words
- Notice the rather cool stereo effect of the explosions
- Gulp that the first level is still going
- Think that the screen cannot possibly handle any more enemies
- Wonder how on earth the first level can possibly be that long
- Note that there are even more enemies
And yes, I do know that the game is just one continuous level, it was a joke..
Rules
This round of the competition starts now(8th June) and will end the 29th of June, 24:00 (midnight) GMT
Score as many points as possible in one player mode.
Post screenshots of your high score in this thread.

So, the 8th of June (a Wednesday) til 29th of June (another Wednesday)...
since when did 3 weeks have 4 Wednesdays in them?
I love that quote on the advert -
'No-one knows what it means but everyone will know when it arrives' _________________ 'So, you want to be a pirate? Well you've picked the right place to start.
But perhaps the wrong time. Not to mention the wrong name...' |

It always amazes me how the first page of a competition thread is about people arguing about the version, arguing about the dates, saying they've never played the game but soon will It seems there is a law somewhere that states: No scores must be posted on the first thread.
I am here to change your world forever, behold my fairly awful score!

Hey, I want to play WHDLoad version, and the dates are all wrong! I have never played the game but I remeber I enjoyed playing it!
In other words: I might join in this month - but don't expect amazing scores, I'm old and slow nowadays. |

Ouch...
That is a nice score!
Mine doesn't quite compete but it's the furthest I've ever gotten on this game!

Shadowblade, you cheated!!
If you enter that known NCC1701D cheat for unlimited lives, all the hi-score names turn to characters from Star Trek, you know?! _________________

Booooooo!
I didn't even notice!
Maybe the new rule should be you show the hi score table not the end of game screen then? Otherwise we can't check to see this kind of thing!
Anyway here's a new score for me, hardly brilliant but slowly getting better
