As well as obviously using WinUAE I also use emulators for (not in any order):
Atari ST(E), *
SNES, *
Nes,
Megadrive,
Speccy,*
C64,
3DO.*
* being that I also have the actual computer/console in working order and real games for it.
I have but very rarely use emulators and ROMs for MAME, Atari Jaguar, GBA, atari 2600, colecovision.
I am waiting for the snailpace development of the 3DO emulator "FREEDO" to progress further so I can play some classics that I have on CD for it as it currently has some graphical issues which make many 3DO games unplayable. |

I was given a new retro system recently. It is Superelectron TV Challenger 3000, in very good condition, incl. box and manual and some of its panels are still covered by plastic foil. After 30 years!

MacOS 7 or 8 with Basilisk II is interesting to emulate since there is some pretty good convertion on this machine : Flashback (the best version ever made), Prince of Persia (very nice too), Fury of the furies with enhanced GFX over the Amiga version, The best versions of Alone In The Dark 1, 2 and 3, etc...

Not to mention the best version of Monkey Island 2!
And... you're absolutely right - 3gb is nothing Multiply it by at least 150 and you're closing in on the tosec collectors... (I'm not one myself - don't have the disc space.)
Emulating: MAME, Amiga, C64, Laserdisc, Sega*, etc etc. |

Since writing that I am now at 10 gigs and going up fast. The latest thing is an Atari Lynx emuator. I just love Chips Challange. _________________
