Hi!

I can't seem to find out how to use custom configurations with the Games Encyclopedia. I try to load a custom WinUAE config from the "Emulator Quickstart" tab but when I start a game from the encyclopedia it doesn't seem to use the configuration I chose. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? The reason I want to use custom configurations is because I want to use WinUAE's filter function for better display results. Thank you for all help! Smile

Quickstart and Encyclopedia use seperate settings. I know this can cause confusion, and this is one of the reasons why the next version of Lemonade will have the Quickstart as a seperate program instead of integrating.

If you want to use filters for the games in the Encyclopedia you will need to click 'Edit Configuration' for each game and choose your custom config, which is an insane job if you have a lot of games to add filters to. Sad

However, if you're a bit of a "hacker" Razz, you can turn on filter for all games by opening A500.dat (which can be found in the \Configurations folder where you installed Lemonade) in Notepad and paste the WinUAE filter settings from your WinUAE config to the bottom of A500.dat. You will need to do the same for A600.dat etc. as well.

Filters will be a built-in option in Lemonade 0.99.

Awesome! I will go for the .DAT editing for now then. Thanks for a great front-end btw, can't really wait until the next version comes out! Keep on doing that good work.. ;>
