I like music demo's but i prefer to see what the Amiga can really do with graphic demo's.

What would you guys say are you fav demo's of this type?

I have missed out for a long time see and i need to download a few to watch.

Could you guys maybe give me a link to your fav (only .ADF) as i really love these demo's. Swirly patterns, swirly colours its all good!

Thanks all

I'd have to say my favourites are:

Hardwired by TSL / Crionics

Burning Spear by Devils

and

Nine Fingers by Spaceballs

Nine Fingers is an amazing example of Amiga speed-loading and disk compression.

All of these are OCS, so your stock A500 would be happy to run them.

Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

Does anyone recall the name of this demo? It started with images and descriptions of the Pyramids, then a spaceship flies down and the pyramid opens fire on it. It then fires a giant slice of melon at the pyramid and goes into lots of funky graphics and fractals.

The image has always stuck with me. T'was hilarious.

edit// By chance someone was playing the music for this on the net. It's 'Desert Dream' by Kefrens. - Good fun and I think it's on here

2nd Reality by Future Crew. Both the Amiga and C64 version is awesome! I remember when I first saw it on A500 I was amazed. I can still hear the soundtrack in the back of my head when I think of it .. Rolling Eyes

Thanks guys for these. I have downloaded a few but the extension on the end of a few is .dms. I am using WinAUE.

How do i use these in that? I have a HD setup already with Workbench installed.

Thanks.

insert a blank disk in uae and you have to write the dms files to uae adfs using the dms command... something like:

DMS WRITE file.dms TO DF0:
