As everyone will probably be able to tell from the captions on a couple of pictures, I was there.
I took my Amiga 1200 (with HD & Accelerator - it had tons of games installed on the HD) and it received a lot of attention throughout the day - I don't think there was a moment where my Amiga had no-one standing next to it  |

Yes it certainly was a popular machine. We are planning some coverage of RetroNorth in both WGTV and WGAx so people will be able to see and hear what all the fuss was about.

I've never been to a retro gathering but I'm sure I'd enjoy myself if reports are true.

Well you can expect Retro Midlands around Easter, there's a southern show on the cards (that might be a big one) and then Retro Ball 2, so 2008 already sounds like a good year.
I came away from Retro North with an Atari Lynx that I won in the raffle, a Nintendo Virtual Boy that I bought for a great price and a stinking hangover, so I can't wait for the next one
