When I try to run Lemonade I get an error window pop up with the title "Lemonade" and the message "Run-time error '429': ActiveX component can't create object" and an "OK" button.

I'm running WindowsXP and have the latest version WinUAE installed.

Hi

When you finished the installation did Lemonade ask you to restart your PC?

If after restarting your PC it still doesn't work, please try reinstalling Lemonade. If it still doesn't work, you may need the vb6 runtime files (might require updating if you already have them) or MDAC (Microsoft Data Access Components).

These are available from here and here.

Please let me know if any of these suggestions work.

Hi

This is caused because the components Lemonade uses to connect to its database are either not installed or damaged. Please could you download MDAC from here

You will also need MS Jet 4.0 from here.

Cheers

I don't recall if it asked me to reboot or not (it may have done, I tend to ignore such requests as most programs don't actually need to and it's inconvenient to reboot after installing every other app!). Anyway, Lemonade now loads so one of my reboots recently must've fixed it.

Thanks!
