I know asking for a Mac version is probably a waste of time ( ) so I thought I'd download the database and see if I could cobble together something myself. Sadly, though, I couldn't even open the CAB file as nothing I have installed will unpack it. So, that's hurdle one; maybe I just need to borrow a Windows machine, or perhaps it's not really a CAB?
Hurdle two would then be parsing the data contained in the file, but presumably there's documentation? The rest of it would, I imagine, be pretty straightforward. I'd happily try my hand at it, but it may be easier to work something out with Daniel Pimley (the Hi-Toro guy); right now I'm using the Hi-Toro config browser and hundreds of hand-crafted entries, but it's slow and fiddly. _________________ OldSkool demo development for the win! |
