The fact Ghana missed the penalty and lost the game is neither here nor there. He shouldn't be punished further because Gyan bottled the penalty. One of those things.

Nah, they can't.

I heard they might give him a two game ban, but i think that was because it was against an African Team.Probably wouldn't have considered it if it was against a non African Nation.

I'd bring in a new rule for such situations.Blatant Handball on the Goal line deserves more than a one game ban in such short Tournaments, it would make them think twice.
