I am wondering if any of you have had any luck transferring files from a PC to an amiga using a serial to USB cable. Also, I will be needing an Amiga program (Baud Bandit or similar) on a floppy disk to install on the Amiga. Can someone in the states ship me one? The Amiga 500 is a standalone and has no network access. Thanks!

Yep, I do that. I have a fairly old USB to serial adapter and it works fine...

PM your info and I can send you a floppy too...

BaudBandit is nothing but a replacement for the standard Commodore serial.device. You will need to use some software in conjunction with it, I'm sure desiv has included that on the disk Smile

I used to use JRComm back in the 90's, I find that I prefer NComm these days.
