Ah yes, those well known Amiga games |
If only...
Actually, the original FIFA International Soccer on the Amiga 500 is a very good port of the Mega Drive original, if I remember correctly. |

True! I was excited when it came to Amiga, and it was good to boot.
Someone mentioned Striker, and yes that was very good too. _________________ "The virus of hate infects the ignorant mind" - Biohazard |

Don't like the Amiga version of FIFA. Wasn't a great fan of the Mega Drive versions to be fair but I thought the Amiga version played like a brick. The amount of influence and control you have over a match is questionable. As far as isometric games go I thought Total Football was much more fun. _________________ Lemon/EAB Super League 2013: Round 6 - Arcade Pool

I am amazed at just how many great footy games that were actually released on the Amiga! I was aware of most, if not all, of the games so far mentioned, but had forgotten about many of them.
Wish a new Amiga console would be launched, a successor to the CD32 that could compete with current generation consoles and was fully backward compatiable with all Amiga models.
Would love to see the Amiga become a popular format again with all major multi-platform games being released on it, as well as it receiving a few killer exclusives for itself. Just imagine a new Amiga receiving sequels to some of those old Amiga classics or enhanced remakes.
The Amiga should never have gone out of "mainstream" fashion. Come on, Amiga owners (the company, not the fans), make it happen (yes I know, pigs might fly)! |

Was addicted to Sensible Soccer and SWOS. All versions of them. Perfect games!
Kick Off and Kick Off 2 were two of the most unusual pinball simulators released on the Amiga. |
