Ha! I was wondering why I had this feeling of déjà vu ;^)
... but "spam"? Is my mentioning of it too invasive? (·· )ª If so, please do tell. I don't want to cause any trouble. I don't see any rules about advertising or spamming posts in Lemon Amiga's FAQ. But in the forums of other websites it is often unwelcome to start a thread of the nature of "check out that website"; they do allow links that stay on-topic, though.
Am I allowed to post a link of uG's Top Amiga Games once that list is implemented or will that automatically earn me a ban? _________________ Favorite Games ever:

Cool, thanks! I'll do. I've seen forums where doing exactly that - starting a new thread solely for "so-called advertisement" - was everything but welcome. That's why I searched for threads where I can stay on-topic with this. _________________ Favorite Games ever:

My Top 10 list, having revised it after voting on each game I can remember playing;
1. Simon The Sorcerer
2. The Settlers
3. Rick Dangerous (1 & 2)
4. Superfrog
5. Premier Manager II
6. Benefactor
7. James Pond II
8. Cannon Fodder (1 & 2)
9. Lotus Turbo Challenge
10. Micro Machines
It's hard to really distinguish between Rick Dangerous 1 and 2 and Cannon Fodder 1 and 2, as they are so similar, so those are grouped together. |

I don't know why so many people like super frog, it's a really
banal game in my opinion, robocod 2 is a much better game as far as "cutesy" plat-formers are concerned. I think alien breed is another quite overrated game, it's so boring.
top ten amiga games:
another world
paradroid 90
flashback
syndicate wars
llamatron
turrican
moonstone
monkey island 1
shadow of the beast 1

I am struggling, only because I really do love the Monkey Island games and Fate of Atlantis, etc - yet I would not now play these on an Amiga after experiencing the superior PC versions. However I enjoyed them at the time and they are top drawer games, but do they go in my top 10 list? Decisions decisions.
1. Wings
2. Rocket Ranger
3. Goal
4. Premier Manager
5. Gravity Force
6. Pinball Dreams
7. Pinball Fantasies
8. Lemmings
9. Goal!
10. Floor 13 _________________ Fave Amiga Games:

2. Rocket Ranger
3. Goal
4. Premier Manager
5. Gravity Force

"..was never released for Amiga. It was only on PC and PlayStation "
I think you'll find this is 100% incorrect.

Here's my Top 10 Amiga Games from my list of the All-Time, All-Format, Top 200 Computer & Video Games for 2010, with the Amiga formats they're available on (best version listed first & the other non-Amiga formats that they've been released on, again best version first), their ranking in the 2010 Top 200 Chart, & my personal rating for each! (currently working on 2011's Top 200 Chart btw!):
1. Slam Tilt (Amiga 1200) (Microsoft Windows) ranked #35, 94% - BEST Pinball game ever & best Amiga game ever!!! Who doesn't love and is not totally amazed by this one??!!

2. Xenon 2: Megablast (Amiga 500/Amiga CDTV) (Acorn Archimedes/Sega Mega Drive/Atari ST/MS-DOS/Game Boy/Master System) ranked #42, 94% - Greatest shootemup of all-time when originally released that was not surpassed until 1992's coinop Raiden II. Graphically it was years ahead of its time & appeared just like an arcade game. The soundtrack of course is probably the game's finest feature, with the intro theme tune being breathtaking! Gameplay is superb, the levels and enemies are varied, and it contains the most awesome power up system you've ever seen! The mid and end of level bosses are awesome & there's a nice use of parallax scrolling (with the Amiga version even receiving an extra layer of parallax!) Hailed as an instant classic across the board on its initial release, scoring up to a perfect 100% from the press! The best Amiga non-AGA game EVER!!!

3. The Chaos Engine (Amiga 500/Amiga CD32/Amiga 1200) (Mobile phone/MS-DOS/Acorn Archimedes/Super NES/Sega Mega Drive/Atari ST) ranked #68, 93% - Gauntlet clone that is the best game ever of its type. Gorgeous graphics, music, amazing gameplay and four varied worlds and best of all, a really neat two player mode where the computer controls the second player!

4. Pinball Illusions (PlayStation/Sega Saturn/MS-DOS) (Amiga CD32/Amiga 1200) ranked #75, 93% - Another awesome pinball game, only three tables, but it was the best pinball game until Slam Tilt was released, which improved on this one in every way.

5. Turrican II: The Final Fight (Amiga 500/Amiga CDTV) (Microsoft Windows/Atari ST/Amstrad CPC/Commodore 64/Game Boy/ZX Spectrum/Sega Mega Drive) ranked #77, 93% - Greatest Turrican game and probably the best run and gun computer game of all-time. Huge sprawling levels, nice graphics, varied gameplay, superb weapons, shootemup bonus levels, just all-round amazing and a joy to play. The soundtrack is one of the best, possibly THE best ever heard on the Amiga!

6. Speedball 2: Brutal Deluxe (Amiga 500/Amiga CD32) (Xbox Live Arcade/iPhone/MS-DOS/Atari ST/Sega Mega Drive/Sega Master System/NES/Game Boy/Commodore 64/Game Boy Advance) ranked #79, 93% - Awesome future sports game that was my favourite sports game ever until the release of World Cup '98 for the PlayStation in 1998. Incredibly playable and endless fun. Nice graphics and love that "Icecream! Icecream!" sample! Great intro music as well.

7. Lemmings 2: The Tribes (Amiga 500) (FM Towns/MS-DOS/Acorn Archimedes/Atari ST/Super NES/Sega Mega Drive/Game Boy) ranked #80, 92% - The pinnacle of the Lemmings series, improves on the original with an interesting story and game objectives, better graphics & more levels. A gorgeous puzzle game for the Amiga and the original was a revolution and one of the most ported games ever.

8. Lamborghini American Challenge (Amiga CD32) (Super NES/MS-DOS/Atari ST/Game Boy) ranked #96, 92% - It's a special CD32 edition of Crazy Cars III, the Amiga's greatest arcade racer, but with a simultaneous two player mode that was missing from the original now included! Amazing control, speed, great graphics, and gambling before races is a nice touch, adding some strategy. This game is so amazing and shows just how great Outrun COULD have been on the Amiga, (except this is MUCH better)!

9. Parasol Stars (Amiga 500) (PC Engine/Atari ST/NES/Game Boy) ranked #97, 92% - Easily the best in the Rainbow Islands series, this single screen platformer gets my vote for the Amiga's best platform game ever! A superb conversion of the PC Engine original, the Amiga version adds a brand new bonus world! Awesome fun with two players, great music and graphics, gameplay, just brilliant!

10. The New Zealand Story (Amiga 500) (Arcade/Virtual Console/Sega Mega Drive/PC Engine/FM Towns/Sharp X68000/Sega Master System/NES/Amstrad CPC/Commodore 64/ZX Spectrum) ranked #116, 91% - While not a perfect conversion, and while no different than the Atari ST version, except for improved sound, this is such an incredibly playable and addictive platformer, I think it is easily the best scrolling one on the Amiga. Interesting levels, varied weapons, cool weapons and various modes of transportation, it's something very special indeed!
