Yeah, he's an actual one-armed bandit - especially on this game. Mike for the WIN! Cool

Jeez, i used to live near Saffron Walden, didn't know it had any golfing credentials. I've just got back from a great week in Budapest (highly recommended if you like lazing around in thermal pools and bubbles) so this will perfectly continue the pace for me. Been wanting to do some golfing for a while now, I'll probably really suck at it though. Smile -32 is a whopping target!

I'm enjoying how Mike spells it in all his posts, with an extra 'r'. Cool

I think a few of the regulars are finding this target too off putting to post their own scores. I hoped my +65 score would encourage a few more to participate but it's still very early days yet...

So far I've played one hole of Las Vegas, it took me +8 to actually hit the ball, pretty realistic game for me really.

I guess English towns are harder to spell than stuff like Woolloomooloo. Wink

Sure they'll be along in a bit, anything near par will probably get a point for most of this round.

I've had a bash at Las Vegas and managed -1 for the course. It's the putting I find really hard. Had a couple of eagle attempts end up as par, and one became a bogey as I did a total Happy Gilmore from one end of the green to the other and back again.

To be fair, I had to keep checking back the game in order to ensure I was spelling it right. Never heard of the place...is it UK?

Those -30 scores are amazing. I think I've peaked somewhat...can't seem to improve my Vegas round (my lower score)....

Near Cambridge, so probably gets a well-to-do crowd.

Sadly I don't think much of Sensi Software's recreation of the course. Rolling Eyes

Saffron Walden would have been an okay score, but on hole 9 I went out of bounds twice and hit a bunker. Total F-Up. Made it in 12 strokes.

Vegas: -1
Saffron: +10

Total: +9

WOW!

Good skills Prem. I really thought my score was a struggle but -20 is truly remarkable. Any chance you could detail which courses you are pulling Eagles on? Would be useful for me in order to look for where I'm dropping shots.
