How many Games were released for Amiga?

I mean officially of course is there a definitive answer?

On Amiga hol there are 5456 game entries. Lets assume that 10% are educational nonsense, and that 25% are random stuff. So I guess that still leaves around 3500? Seems like a large number....too big maybe?

For a series of machines that was commercially active for 15-20 year i'd say it would be impossible to tell as no licenses were required anybody could release anything. If you count all of the PD games etc i would say well over 20000.
