http://downfall.mikendezign.com/
Programmed by yours truly - with quite a bit of help from Lemon Amiga members you know and love, and without whom I wouldn't have made it this far.
This has been going for a couple of months or so now and was a project initially born through me wanting to get back into Amiga programming again. Not knowing what to work on, I put it to EAB to suggest ideas for me. Somebody suggested Downfall (a relatively new Atari Jaguar/Falcon game) and the rest is history, as they say.
I have been running a thread on the game's development on EAB, which you can read here if you haven't done so yet. It's still being developed but it looks like the end is in sight You can download the latest version of the game from the above website - the .lha archive contains the entire Blitz Basic source code. All versions from WIP1 to 9 are on EAB to download and it makes interesting viewing seeing it evolve over the last two months.
It needs 1MB RAM to run, and any Kickstart from 1.2 upwards (and possibly lower, who knows?).
Have fun and by all means post constructive feedback/bug reports and the like here! _________________ Lemon/EAB Super League 2013: Round 6 - Arcade Pool

Excellent - looks like a brilliant little game - I'll give it a go.

I'll try it on an earlier Kickstart and let you know. |

Just to let you all know we're aiming for the release of the finished game over the weekend - probably Sunday.
In the meantime you can try the latest WIP version from the link in the first post (not compatible with 68000 processors - this will be fixed in the final version). In addition, our development team now has a Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/RemainderSoftware which I will post latest news and updates from our projects on. We'll also get our team website up and running at some point too
If anybody would be interested in joining our team to help with future development in any capacity then please get in touch with me, thanks! _________________ Lemon/EAB Super League 2013: Round 6 - Arcade Pool

Thanks!
There's still a couple of things to iron out and tweak but we're virtually there. It's been great fun to make, which is the main thing, and the quite frankly monumental help from Pred, Mike, Wilshy and Reynolds has made it about 1,000 times easier and quicker than it would have been otherwise (not to mention various miscellaneous contributions and suggestions from a whole bunch of people on EAB). It just would not have been possible without their input and I am eternally grateful to them. _________________ Lemon/EAB Super League 2013: Round 6 - Arcade Pool
