Dungeon Master, I lost count but more than 4 times.

Later I would only take 2 characters to make it harder.

I've done the Monkey Islands a fair few times too. Thinking about it I've done Golden Axe a surprising number of times. Also Rodland, Supercars 2, Lotus. I don't replay longer games as much. At least not to completion.

On the Amiga: - probably Batman the Movie - followed by Quik and Silva, North and South, Prehistoric (it's too easy), Turrican 1 and 2, Dune 2, Lotus 1, Yogies Great Escape, and Ghouls and Ghosts.

c64: - Last Ninja 2 (by a mile!), Yogies G.E, Hongkong Phooey, Pitstop 2.

Playstation1: - Dino Crisis 2 (without a doubt) Parasite Eve 2, Tomb Raider 1

Ps2: - Black, followed closely by GTA San Andreas

Xbox 360: - Farcry Instincts Predator

The Monkey Island games are probably the games I've completed the most on any system. On the Amiga, Mortal Kombat, Rodland, Another World & Agony join the list.

Hunter
Monkey Island
Midnight Resistance

Golden Axe
The Settlers
Monkey Island II
New Zealand Story
Mortal Kombat
Star Wars
Cannon Fodder
Robin Hood
Dune II
