I would assume any pc speakers would do the job, I've had my amiga running through my DJ Equipment for a giggle, as long as you can connect to the RCA's you should be fine _________________ Owned:

Yes it thats cable you need, the other link is the wrong connection as your speakers already have a 3.5mm jack on them _________________ Owned:

Oh it depends if the speakers you get have the 3.5mm cable wired in (then you want your link) or if it uses a socket (in which case you need the one I linked to). |

In the last years of the nineties there were big white speakers that looked very good near to any Amiga. I had Juster Multimedia Speakers (Photo) connected to both my PC and my A500: the sound was powerful and warm. Another interesting thing is that they yellowed together with the Amiga
Cheers,

| I had the exact same pair! my neighbour gave them to me, they were the first proper speakers I ever had for a computer I used to be stuck with the tv speakers before that. What a difference they made! |

Indeed the sound was great, but....
You would kill your CRT monitor or TV if they were placed next to it as the magnets in them are dangerously strong! If left long enough the screen will only display properly when they are sat next to it - that bad! Good friends lost good screens because of these back in the 90's!
I have a Yamaha set, has two inputs. Amiga Audio & Amiga CD Audio coming out at the same time with no switching or messing about! _________________ A1200T, Apollo 1260, 32MB RAM, 3.1 ROMS, 4GB HD, Z4 Board, Picasso II, IOBlix (Serial/Parallel), Squirrel SCSI, 2X CD, IDE 100MB Zip Drive, OS - DOpus Magellan II.
