Hello, all. I just registered for the forum and wanted to introduce myself. I'm actually the PR and community manager for Cinemaware, which is back from a long slumber and working on some exciting new projects.
Mainly, though, I've been a fan of Lemon Amiga for year but never actually participated in any way, so I figured it was finally time to start posting. I'm a huge Amiga fan, having gotten my Amiga 500 in 1989 and subsequently owning an A3000 and A1200. I've gamed more on amiga than any other platform and credit Commodore for a lot of things I've done in my professional career (I was a launch editor at IGN, the official Sega Dreamcast magazine, and executive editor on PSM, the U.S. PlayStation magazine). It all comes back to the summers spent playing so many great games on my A500.
So, hi, and I look forward to chatting with everyone!

Greatings.
Good old Dreamcast. Had a lash today on Daytona USA 2001 getting ready for the BiG one on xbox360. Cant wait. More or less Sega Racing Classic truth be told but to get this close to having the real arcade machine at home is sweet! Big Sega nut hence the F40 avatar as in OutRun2/SP etc...
My most played game on Amiga is Dungeon Master. Having another stab at Dungeon Master II on and off between machines.
Like you I'd been snooping around on Lemon Amiga for years and only recently joined the forum. It's the games that real you in and pondering on ones you own, reading the comments and stuff.
It gets addictive and the next thing you know your firing the game up just to relive the good times. _________________ A1200T, Apollo 1260, 32MB RAM, 3.1 ROMS, 4GB HD, Z4 Board, Picasso II, IOBlix (Serial/Parallel), Squirrel SCSI, 2X CD, IDE 100MB Zip Drive, OS - DOpus Magellan II. Plus an A500+ Yum. |

Hi, Chuckles! Re: the ADFs, we're hoping to have them back online soon. We switched servers for the site and to Wordpress for our publishing software, so we're still getting everything moved over.

I spent an obscene amount of time with It Came From the Desert and Lords of the Rising Sun (mostly LOTRS, actually) and I'd say they have to be my two favorites. I also love so many of the UK-developed action games, like those from Psygnosis and The Bitmap Brothers. So, so many great memories.

Welcome to the Lemon Amiga Forum!
I've been following the DOTC - Remake thread here in the forums for quite some time now, so I was surprised when your recent post popped up. There certainly are some crazy DOTC fans out there!
Good luck with all your endeavours at Cinemaware...
Also, PM sent. |

Welcome to Lemon. Wings and It Came from the Desert are two of my all time fav Cinemaware games
Sounds like you are well travelled thanks to your Amiga! I guess I can credit my Amiga 500 for the Career I am in now with Systems and hardware, although it is no where near as exciting as yours lol! _________________ A1200 RIP
