In the game you were supposed to pop (blue?) bubbles with a some kind of harpoon you shot into the ceiling. When you hit a bubble it was transformed into two smaller bubbles and you had to shoot them until they finally pop completely. It was 2D game and for one or two players. I'm really having a hard time remembering the name...
