Hello! I have a question. Where I can download AmigaOS 3.5 for free? I have no money to buy it, I'm a Serbian

It's still under license so I have to say that you can forget about getting it for free if you don't want to perform an illegal action.
Don't help being a serbian in this case, sorry.
A copy of OS3.5 would cost you about 5-10 euro on Ebay...a serb can't be that poor?
