Do you have a real Amiga, that still works? Please, contribute the data to the statistics page, we would like to know how many Amigas still survive in the world.

Visit http://www.amigamap.com/

Thank you!

The "3000" would more or less be 'proof' of the actual entered
number--do you have some kind of top-of-your-head
estimate of the actual real number of units still out there and
in use?

No. These are mostly parts of personal collections. For example, I entered all my 8 Amigas. All are working, but I use only one or two of them. Average number is 3 amigas per 1 amigan.

If you got any 500(+) in great condition you dont use and need money for chocolate, drugs or any other stuff, I know about someone who is interested Wink

About Amigas in Germany:
1) Germans are extremely rich and they usually buy three or four spare units, no matter what hardware. They do the same with cars. I was there once and saw that.
2) They bought almost whole lot.
3) They lie a lot, especially about Amigas.
4) Amigas were manufactured there!
akabei can confirm everything, I saw him once in Germany too!
