Where was I few years ago when all those legendary games were played. Sad Some are real classics from this year but sadly missed them (Swiv, War Zone, Gods, lotus 2...)
Will there be some kind of transitional year when all games from few years back will be playable again? I would surely be a happy hypo Smile
(I know there are special rounds where you can vote for already played games but is not often enough)

so this will have to do:

1. Dyna Blaster
2. Prehistorik
3. Z-Out
4. Toki
5. The Adventures Of Quik & Silva

EDITed my vote for 5th place, originally had Blues Brothers but I ckecked it and realized there is no score tracker.. Very Odd for a platformer.

1 more question.. Is Battle Isle suitable for compo?

I have no clue, best way to know is to play it! Any game can be played if a suitable and fair scoring system can be suggested.

1991

1. Hunter (Missions mode)
2. Chuck Rock
3. Captain Planet
4. Switchblade 2
5. F1GP (Fastest Lap, Spa)

I went for Hunter to give it some support and I still think it would make a great round. The next three are tough platformers. Never got into Chuck Rock so this might give me the opportunity. And F1GP - I still hate the frame rates but it might make for a great race. Runners up included Rolling Ronny, Car Vup and Smash TV.

@ premmisseth: Good calls on Prehistoric and Quk and Silva. I had both of these in my choices at one point. Dynablaster would take some time to play, but then so would captain planet and switchblade 2. Wink
