I removed the old version using 'Add/Remove' and deleted all the files before installing the new one.
However I have two problems. The database isn't up-to-date and I get an error message when it tries to connect to the site - So I have no database at all on Lemonade.
Also when scanning for games, it fails in Stage One - I'll reproduce the error message later whn I next use it, but its shortly after it begins and produces a total of zero games. Is this because of the database problem above? |
This update was not for the Lemonade application, but ONLY for the database. The Lemonade application should not be updated. Here are the update instructions: http://www.lemonamiga.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2084
Since you get an error trying to connect to the Lemonade database, something must have gone wrong during the uninstallation. To fix this, go to 'Start -> Run' and type 'regedit'. Select 'search' from the menu and search for 'Lemonade'. In the 'Lemonade/Settings' folder find 'PreviousUpdate' and set this to 'False'. Now restart Lemonade and you should be able to update your database. _________________

Thanks Kim - It seems to be working now - I'm currently halfway through scanning my TOSEC files. _________________ www.lemon64.com - For all C64 fans!

....with a good expirience of pure classicals(The Settlers and Micro Machines) and new games(Spot and Super Cars II)...Lemonade is awasome. More than a note 10,or even 20...good work...and keep comming...

| Amazing work that's done here... I was waiting for such a elegant, simple, yet highly configurable frontend to take away the hassle of starting up those favourite games... Thumbs up! |

Now I'm an Amiga professional at my home (and even in my neighborhood)
I care my Amiga since 1996 (the very 1st day I have it as personal PC in my bedroom) and now I configurate my winUAE by myself.
About I don't have words to describe what great program is. Too bad I can't copy it to a CD (need to be conected in Internet)
So...it seams that the programs works well on my PC,even if it gets old. However, the program is very easy to use.
