Now I have configured WinUAE just the way I want it, but the new configuration isn't applied when starting games from Lemonade..
I load the .uae config file in Lemonade, using the "Custom Configuration Manager" and then I choose the custom config from the dropdown box, but the config still seem the same.
Does anyone know how to properly use WinUAE configuration files in Lemonade? Thanks! 
Update:
OK, now I figured out that in order to apply the new config I had to do it from the Lemonade Games Encyclopedia screen.
So, does this mean that I need to click "Edit Configuration" and choose my new config file for every single game that I want to play?

Lemonade has several default config set ups (A500, A1200, etc..). Defferant games are set to the appropriate config by default. For the vast majority of games your find to use the default Lemonade set ups. However there are a few games you may wish to change.
A couple examples i use are setting the floppy drive for Bubble Bobble to turbo and setting more memory for Lemmings which Lemmings uses to cut down on load times a bit.

Yup, I know. But what I want here is to not use the default config set up for A500. Is it possible to overwrite the default Lemonade A500 config with my own custom WinUAE A500 config?

Issue solved:
I took the GFX settings from my custom .uae file and pasted it into the A500.dat file Lemonade uses.. Works flawlessly now. Thanks!
