Seems like a bad disk image to me. The "extended ADF" is broken and always hangs after stage 2-2.

This is the best ADF:

Turrican (1990)(Rainbow Arts)[cr TRSi][t +1 TRSi]

I suggest you get that. It has a cracktro - but is also only on 1 disk!
