ATR Hall of Fame

This is my favourite racer of this kind. I like it much more than Overdrive (which also has its style). ATR is not too easy, and not too difficult. The biggest advantage are tracks which you play in order depending on which scenery you choose as the first. Excellent game and thanks for making it.

Best overhead racer on the Amiga imo. Still a game I play 2 player regularly.

Took the top car out for a quick drive in the Canyon. It sure ain't easy when you don't know the tracks. Only managed the first two before being told I was useless.

Race 1 - 30.54
Race 2 - 37.84

It's tough at first, but the learning curve seems pretty good so long as you stick with it and practice a bit. I might start voting for this in the Super League. Good level of difficulty to separate players out.

Quick Canyon trip out. Only ever play on 3 sports tracks, so it'll be nice to learn some tracks when it's voted in the Super League Wink

Yeah, I think we have overloaded on the ol' shooters this year (saying that I quite fancy playing Datastorm).

I you want more competition, wait for the 2009 Super league to start! (9th Jan)

We play 1 game each month and usually attract between 10-20 people!
Each game is decided by a vote,

But, you might have trouble getting people to vote for ATR having seen your times!!

as much as I respect 'qwak' as a developer, i have to say i hate this game... i just dont like the way it handles myself! (the game 'Qwak' itself however handles rather nicely imho!)

Supercars II suits my style of racing much better, and i'm not very good at that either.

footnote: i kind of like Lotus 3 - the music especially Wink
