74,782,100
I know this score sounds unbeatable but it's not. I gambled wrong many times when I tried to double my score.
So over 100,000,000 is possible and even lot more...
I think I try to improve this once more... |

This gives you the best chances to move your way up to 2x.
Most times you'll still fail. Yesterday twice the 10 came up after 9 was displayed and I chose "low".
Should you reach it, choose "collect". |
Oh I have missed this message. |

I just don't have the patience for this type of game!!
Nice work Parpala!!
the next big score will be 150+ Million _________________

My strategy was simple - knock back some beers and gamble on every single level. Now I'm a little tipsy, but I completed it and got 2 double score bonuses. Both of which I did with my eyes shut and chanting. There's a top tip for you.
What an ending. lol.
Sadly my score still ain't that impressive, but I beat Graham - and that's what counts.

Exactly the strategy I had in my best score too. Except I also had some stronger shots to drink
Forget the good playing and secrets etc, just go to gamble and hope the best.
Damn I'm the last of the 10M guys... does that mean I have to try again... :/ |

Oh dear, is it just me or does Superfrog get incredibly hard after a few Levels?
By the way, I don't have to do it in one sitting, do I? I may save between worlds and come back later to continue? |

As for the difficulty. It's odd. The last two castle levels were hardest for me. Once I conquered 2-4 I played through and completed the rest of the game on my first attempt. Part of that was extra lives from winning points gambling, but even so it is easier.
Took me about 3 hours to complete, like someone else said. Not sure if I'll play again. I'm a lousy gambler. Hi Lo was really tricky. Never get far on it. _________________

Yes, I managed to get through the castle and it really got a lot easier afterwards. I just had no lives left. :)
No problem about the savestates. I guess it's much fairer considering there are people using real Amigas. That's why I asked.
I think I remeber playing a trained version in my youth and that took me about two hours or so to finish - playing fairly I guess it should take me about three then.
We have a holiday on Monday and my wife will be away so I guess I'll play the game then. |
