can lemonade run a batch file linked to a winuae exe ?

hi all,
bear with me on this,
i run winuae 1.2 on a vista pc that will only load winuae with the -norawinput command line, so ive created a batch file that loads winuae easily, but this means i can not use my lemonade setup unless i can somehow get lemonade to run the batch file which is in turn linked to the winuae exe.
lemonade easily accepts the batch file in the winuae path box in locations, and, bless it ,then seems to run the batch file/winuae, but gives up after a second or so and just sits there as nothing as happened, at least it does not give out any error messages telling me to pack it in.

can anyone help ?
