@ Chuckles
Only the first Turrican has been played already. So Turrican 2 is fine thanks.
@ Robo-Sparkle
It can be tough getting suport for a vote. Mihcael's been voting Roadkill for ages. Fingers crossed and welcome aboard. _________________

How long games you get with Mean Arenas? I'd like games which wouldn't take whole day for one try... especially if they're Pacman clones |

In fairness it is quite a big game so if you were looking for something quite short you might not be too keen on it. It is pretty easy to pick up and play, and isn't especially complex but if you were playing through it all in one sitting then it'd take a while I would think. But maybe someone knows better - I've never been able to finish it myself and I always used passwords so I couldn't accurately judge it. _________________ Lemon/EAB Super League 2013: Round 6 - Arcade Pool

It's great, but if you intend on getting to the finish then it'll take a while, especially if you're hunting for the secret arenas. Luckily every arena has a password and finding them usually isn't difficult.
Having said that, beware of arena 14, I've never found an exit to the secret arena, and you can't escape by dying either! (unless someone wants to correct me?)
There are a few other places where it's possible to trap yourself and totally end your game (since Self-Destructing brings you back to that exact spot!) but those are few and far between.
@Biscuit
Don't worry about me, I'll keep plugging that yellow furball as long as it takes! Thanks, btw, I don't get a lot of time for my retro gaming but glad I found you guys. Esp glad I found this tourney. I'm not one for racing games usually, but I'm having fun with Roadkill so far, and was delighted to rediscover Rodland (shame it was a day too late to enter the comp, I would have scored quite high! ) |
