Hi everyone!

I know there are a couple of links here, and HOL do some, but is there any great dedicated sites for amiga magazines with full magazine scans and cover discs to download?

I know i can search around, but just wanting peoples own personal favs for mags like

Amiga Power
The One
CU Amiga
Amiga Format

etc....

Just want to do some retro reading, and the fun of playing some demo discs of games. Plus also want to check out the ol CU amiga CD's... used to get CU every month, but in the end i didnt... but by chance one day i saw the last ever issue in the news agent, so i made sure i bought it (even though it was years until i could use the CD)

Anyways, let me know some sites if you know of any Very Happy

Here's the site i use:
http://amr.abime.net/

Don't know if they have everything, but there is enough to keep you busy for a long time.

I happen to be on a magazine binge myself at the mo. Here are some of the Amiga links I've been using.

Full set of The One.
http://retro-roms.blogspot.com/2009/09/reading-room-one-amiga.html
There's a handful of Amiga Format and CU Amiga here.
http://amiga.treasureland.net/
You can get lots from here. Some direct download, some torrented (which is easier on their bandwidth of course)
http://www.bombjack.org/commodore/amiga-magazines.htm
Sine you're in Oz how about the Australian Commodore and Amiga Review.
http://www.racevb6.com/acar/

If you want more fully scanned sets you'll be best off with a torrent site like Underground-Gamer.

The cover disks are mostly at the link wiser3 gave or on http://www.planetemu.net
Not sure about CDs though.

I have the complete set of CU Amiga. I host it on my FTP server but can't offer a public account yet because it's about 16 GB and my bandwidth is to slow yet.

It's planned that I get a very fast line next 4 weeks. If so, than I will make a public account for all who's interested in here.

Cheers Josh

WOW! Full on Josh! As a big fan of the ol' CU Amiga I used to get the Mag as often as I could. Unfortunately my mum ended up throwing them out... but I still have the cover from the very first I got, and still have the very last Mag they did. Cool

Let us know when the scans go public Very Happy

I'm trying to find the old Games-X magazines from the early 90's.. I used to really enjoy that magazine. One site does have a few issues...

Oops... I forgot to answer again. Sad

Nice you are interest in. I've got my fast line last week. Very Happy
But because I am sure there are more than one or two who's interest in, I've limited the speed and the max connections at a level. So there's enough speed left for my users with full access Smile

Max. connections are 4, max speed ist 500 kb/s. So try your luck to be the first... Wink

PM me for account details.

Cheers Josh

@amiga_forever: you will be the first who get the PM with the details now Very Happy
