Why was has this been changed?
10kb or less is fair enuf but even my 64x62 pixel avatar is 9kb and the max size is 90x90pixels!
PS, I use this avatar on Lemon64 with no issues.

PS, the setting was changed in the last week as my avatar worked fine before that.

not quite sure 
if i had to guess i would think my paint shop pro has better optimization for saved data than the program that was used to make it? |

I used Paintshop Pro X2 too but had it set to max quality.

I just stumbled across this problem too.
On Lemon64.com the avatar can be 100 x 100 pixels and 123 Kb.
On Lemonamiga.com it can only be 90 x 90 pixels and 6 Kb.
Would be nice if you could use the same avatar across the two forums.
It's just a minor thing. Love this place!
