1. Sensible World Of Soccer
2. Goal!
3. Rick Dangerous II
4. Dyna Blaster
5. Formula 1 Grand Prix
As per my recent comments regarding challenging the comp to face up to some (traditionally considered) non appropriate games I'm opting for SWOS as top of my list. I suggest we decide in which format it is played ONLY if it gets voted in. There is a thread already which outlines a few ways it could work.
BTW how does double voting power work when we were playing two games? Do winners of both games get double votes?
Volfied has been played before, but I can't remember how "we" did and I can't remember in what capacity it was played. Might have a root around the forums later and try and dig this info out... |

Yup, both winners get double voting. Win both games and you get triple.
I think Volfied was from the very first year of the Lemon Comp, before my time. It's back there somewhere. _________________

| Volfied: - Hey you noticed! Yes, it seems it has never been played in the full comp but it propably has turned up in one of the summer special rounds or something. I dunno. I saw it the other day when I was trying to find the best 'Qix' clone on the Amiga. There certainly are a lot to choose from - some featuring scantily clad women. But anyway, yes I changed my vote from Rick Dangerous II to IK+ and then to Volfied. I hope RDII can still be played. As for Speedball 2 - as Lines said; only bother making the rulez IF the things gets voted in. |

Well SWOS is definitely picking up votes so it should be interesting if it gets voted in. We'll have to start looking back at the thread where we discussed how it might be played. Cool! |

Sorry Lines but I've deleted your post on the grounds of fairness (i.e. there's one day left to vote and a totally innocent comment like yours could maybe prompt somebody who otherwise wouldn't really be interested to completely change the course of the vote).
I know anyone can count votes up themselves if they want to but most people don't and it keeps things impartial and a lot more exciting if somebody throws a different spanner into the works unknowingly _________________ Lemon/EAB Super League 2013: Round 6 - Arcade Pool

Voting is now over and...
1. Soccer Kid - 24
2. SWOS - 18
3. Gem'X - 10
4. Speedball 2 - 10
5. Beach Volley - 9
Total votes: 12 - Total games voted for: 38
So Soccer Kid will be the final game to be played in 2011.

...only coz I was censored by Humphreys! Only joking, I will in future refrain from vote counting. But my post was genuine, I am just as happy to play Soccer Kid as it's new to me, which is odd as I never really knew it was so popular. I'll be looking out for a Lifeschool "guide" spesh on this one. |

And so you shall have one. I know Soccer Kid is a hard game - much harder than Yo Joe in my opinion - especially beyond the initial six levels and into the second world. I may do a video on this game, but in truth it's much quicker just to find a longplay on youtube and watch it through. Same goes for Batman - if anybody is still stuck on level 1. |

No worries Lines, I know it was a genuine post so no probs! But I'm sure you understand my reasoning too.
As it happens you were spot on of course... although I do remember a situation a few years back when about three people had a go at counting up the votes to see what game was going to win and they all got it wrong _________________ Lemon/EAB Super League 2013: Round 6 - Arcade Pool
