Why did I vote for the nightmare table? It's a fracking nightmare! Does anyone else think the end of game music sounds like the Phantasm theme? On the off chance any fans of the movie are here. It's a nice touch if intended.

Just to put these early scores into perspective....the pinball hall of fame features scores in excess of 500m, the top score is 900m!
Pinball Dreams - A 10 Million playthu Guide and Review
This was created a couple of weeks ago in anticipation of the game being included in the Lemon/EAB knockout compo. It features an example of me trying to score 10 million on all four tables (I didn't know which would get picked for the compo) with a special look at the Nightmare* table. On Nightmare, we get to see two scoring methods - the 'Midnight' method and the general table method, along with a few 'lightpen' pointers and stuff. Hope you find these tips useful. The review ends with a look at Future Pinball for the PC. Thanks for watching!
(* Nightmare table starts at 19:47)
(*) The other tables' scores remain from my playguide video...
Score: 85,251,316
I was scoring 40-odd million quite a lot on each play, but no higher. Then I went into the spinner and it said something like: "Highscore added to yours" and it doubled my 40 up to about 80. I survived two 'Midnights' but didn't score very well on those - dying almost immidiately on the first one. I was also aiming for the 50 million super bonus but just missed it. Still, I'm quite happy with the score so far. Will hopefully put me somewhere in the middle of the pack for the next round.
@ Lines: WOW! Where have these skills appeared from? You still taking the medication? Perhaps you swapped the laxatives for iron tablets? You got any playing TIPS for us poor pinball gamers? I showed you mine, now show me yours!
EDIT: Damn, my high scores didn't save to my HD! Drat it! Looks like I'll have to play again... ..in case I get 'high score added' again.
EDIT2: Just checked my all-time scores. This is an all-time personal best! I think I only got 50-odd million in the actual compo! Wow.

@lifeschool: In previous pinball rounds the scores have just gotten higher and higher as the days pass. The pinball hall of fame records are often broken during competitions as a flurry of gaming occurs. Expect some truly crazy scores, but it's unlikely to be me who tops the scoreboard.
^ He says! I see you came second! in the league round... perhaps you and Seth will give us a show?
Watch out for Mike, also folks - ..remember he's rather good at this game.
BTW Mike - very nice job on the intro and score chart - very clearly indicates the situation Always nice to see Lemon domination

Update: I just tried again - another 80 million. Btw, if you get all the Graveyard letters you get DOUBLE your score. If you hit the accumulator x5 times you get the super jackpot (50M)- although I hear you have to hit it in there within 5 seconds. By hitting the ball lock targets beforehand, you will shoot again, and also double the super jackpot to 100M. If you hit both ball locks the super jackpot goes up to 150M. The spinner spits out prizes including; x2 score, add highscore, Jackpot, 3M, 1M, 5M (during Midnight).

I was doing quite well for me, I got over 7 million on the first ball, then the game decided that was a good enough score and next two balls were lost for scoring very little.
