Hi all. Im pretty new to the retro scene (ive also recently joined lemon64) and am now wondering why I didnt get into retro sooner!
My name is Michael and Im from Bolton, UK.
Recently found tons of my old Amiga stuff at my parents house and its this that has rekindled my interest in the Amiga.
Ive had various consoles and computers over the years - Atari 2600, Master System, C64, Amiga 500+, Amiga 1200, SNES, Megadrive, PS One, N64 and recently PS2 and Gamecube - out of them all its the Commodore machines that I remember the most.
One of my most played games EVER was on the Amiga, Frontier - Elite 2. Many games today claim to have whole worlds for you to explore, Frontier had a whole galaxy! I lost months of my life playing this gem of a game! |

Bolton is going big time - new-ish club called J2 in the square which is supposed to be good and the old vodka bar Revolution is now called Trinians - where all the female bar staff are dressed as school girls ( calm down! ) _________________ Fave Amiga Games:

Trinians... is that the one across the road from Last Orders pub and Cash Generator?
One thing has always puzzled me though ... why the hell do we need two GAME stores that are a 1 minute walk away from each other?? Not that i'm complaining, with me being a videogame freak n all that lol |

It is mate - right on the corner on Bradshawgate
One thing I always find HIGHLY amusing in Bolton is that fantastic rip off of Burger King called ( wait for it ) King Burger!!! Same writing and everything - always raises a chuckle when I see it - been there for years as well _________________ Fave Amiga Games:
