I seriously think the Amiga Mini is now the most completely un-original piece of hardware ever lol. _________________ Check out my blog RGO below, latest post now up!

Yes. Name from former Commodore, case from Apple and guts from a PC. _________________

My 1st impression: a toaster.
Then a breadbox.
Maxed out I believe it's about $3000/1853 pounds/2271 euro.
Seems to have a lot of power; I don't know what it could be
used for. _________________ Who is John Galt?

From the website: | Quote: | | ...the new AMIGA mini is perfect for use as either a Home Theater System, a Workstation or as a gaming machine. |
Really? What are you supposed to play on it exactly... Sensible World Of Penguins? _________________ Vibegaz

The "maker" (and I use the term very loosely - assembler would be a better choice) uses Linux for an OS, so out of the box it's not big on games.
The Mini apparently has a very weak GPU to top it all off.
CUSA is a joke, to be kind... |

They could have made it, at least, more Amiga looking.
About CUSA, it would be great if they start producing 1:1 cases for Commodore 64, VIC-20 and Amiga 500/600/1200: I'm sure that it would sell a lot, at least I would instantly buy a C64 Breadbin case fitting a freshly repaired motherboard. An embedded logo inside the case would help distinguish case reproductions from original ones.
Cheers,
Oge _________________

| Can't play games, it has some limp GPU on mobo and no way to add a PCI-E proper GPU card. |

They couldn't make enough money with that idea. Look at the prices they are trying to charge!! |
