Exactly the same as MIK UK. I completed DM several times with 4, once with 3, once with 2 and had to give up trying with just one in order to go get a degree.

If anyone is interested which characters I used (I bet you are all dying to know Rolling Eyes )
With 3 I used Hissaa/Gothmog/Mophus
With 2 I used Gothmog/Halk
With 1 I used Gothmog

Gothmog was my favourite.

*edit* And if you are a sad DM fan like MIK UK and me, you will find this thread very interesting http://www.dungeon-master.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=22508

I pushed to name our family cat Gothmog in circa 1993. There are many cats out their sporting the Gothmog lineage... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FOpNA9xwEb4

Yeah it was funny how Hissaa & Gothmog went together perfectly seeing as they came from the same wall, just different ends. Very Happy

I think the ultimate prefect 4 player party was:
Hissaa
Gothmog
Nabi
Gando

Never did try but Hawk & Stamm have no Mana. Might take just these two some day. Laughing

It's interesting how different people had different "ultimate" teams, yet Gothmog seems to be universally popular. When me and my mates were heavily into it the classic 4 player team tended to be;
Halk
Sonia
Wuuf
Gothmog

As for Halk and Stamm, of course with Vorpal blade and Moonstone etc they can have mana...but I agree, would be interesting to see how it would be. You do need mana in order to complete the game.

Used to play parasol stars 2 player a lot, so completed it many times. Also completed chaos engine about ten times in the comp.

Completed dune 2 a couple of times with each house, also K240. Although that only has 6 levels so didnt take very long.

On other Platforms.

Completed all the dizzy games many times on Spectrum, Sonic 2 on Mastersystem many times. Super Mario 64 at least 4 times. And Crash Team Racing on Playstation is on of my all time favourite games.

Completed Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy X-2 at least 3 times each.

I rarely completed any game on the Amiga.I mostly played games that were really hard to complete, or they were games that had no ending.

Speedball 2 was one I did play and complete over and over, in Manager and Player mode.

LinesMachine,

Sonia was awesome and not the sort of girl you would want to argue with! Very Happy

I think my party was based on hardcore overall mana users more than anything. With mana on tap I was never going to run out of health potions. Stupid tho as I recall CSB would later teach me how to survive with just the one flask between 4 while being rapped by the enemy. Laughing
