Extra player:
Press the Left Mouse Button just before losing
your fourth life to summon player two. Then, keep pressing Fire
until losing a life. A new player will appear at the bottom of
the screen.
Level passwords:
Load the game and press P to display the password
screen. Then, enter one of the following passwords to begin game
play at the corresponding level.
