Level select:
Enter CHEAT as a name at the high score screen,
press [Enter], then press Fire. The screen will
turn black and the message "Last Game Level, Game.ls0"
will appear. Type game.ls followed by a level number,
press [Enter], then press Fire to begin game play
on that level.
