Hint:
In order to win a fight, be sure the enemy has nomissiless, then stay high and cut your engines. Use your air brakes to cause your plane to stall. Then pull your stick back, turn off the air brakes, and use full throttle. Your plane will now drop like a rock, while slowly lifting its nose. The enemy plane will hit the ground and be destroyed, but you will not.
