Level skip:
Type cheat mode at the title screen. Then,
press [F2] to advance to the next level. Alternatively,
press [F9] to pause game play. Then, hold [Shift]
+ 1 + [Help] and press [F10] to resume game
play. Then, press [F2] to advance to the next level.
