Unlimited lives:
Hold [Alt] + [Ctrl] + S + U
and press Fire when the Activision logo appears. This also
will prevent the cable from breaking on level 1. Note: The unlimited
lives will not be available on level 3.
Level select:
Power on the Amiga and insert disc two at the insert
Workbench screen. Wait for the insert Workbench screen to re-appear,
then insert disc one and allow the game to start. Press [Keypad
Enter] during game play to advance to the next level.
