Level select options:
Enter POOKY as a name at the high score screen.
Restart the game and use the Joystick to choose a long
or short game at the level selection screen.
Unlimited lives:
Type burn in hell at the title screen. Alternately,
enter JE VEUX VIVRE as a name at the high score screen,
then play another game.
