1) Browse to the folder where you installed WinUAE.
2) Create a folder named ROMs.
3) Put your Kickstart 3.1 ROM file in the ROMs folder.
4) Also create a folder named Hard Drives.
5) Inside the Hard Drives folder, create three folders: Workbench 3.1, Programs and Games.
Your WinUAE folder structure should now look like this:
