Super League 2022: Round 1 - Cast Your Votes

It's back!

Unbelievably, it is now time to start voting for round 1 of the 15th season of the Super League. Do your best to wade through all that discarded wrapping paper, the toys on every surface or the pyramid of empty bottles, and make your way to the keyboard to let everyone know the best games we could be playing two weeks from now.

Maybe if you've been a good retro gamer and beat the high score on Turbo Santa or Dr Fruit, your game choice could be the one.

This vote ends at 23:59 (UK Time) on Saturday 8th January 2022.

Vote for up to 5 games and rank them 1st - 5th.

Please choose games suitable for competition play.

If a game has ECS and AGA versions, state your preference. ECS is default.

Each vote for a game gives it 10 points.

Edited votes will not be counted.

Looking forward to playing some real Amiga classics over the next 12 months, I don't think I've ever voted for Worms previously, but it was on my list to promote this year so here we go....

Yeh good shout, always nice to see someone putting forward unplayed games. Hope 2022 throws up some hidden gems!

I think I've mentioned this elsewhere, but I've already done the random choice for the magazine round and it is a very different selection of games compared to the last one. Should be interesting.

Looking forward to it. I really like the magazine round. I like to read the entire pdf of the magazine cover to cover just to get in the zone.

…even the ads; A4000 040 for £2k?! And the endless mail order games lists, when I’d saved up £15 I trawled through them all trying to find dungeon master at that price!

Hope everyone is doing ok.
Here is my list.

1. Global Gladiators
2. Worms Directors Cut
3. Slam Tilt
4. Apidya
5. Chuck Rock

I put my usual favourite on there but in reality seeing the others I fancy some good old Worms. I put Apidya on there as that was the first game I played in the Super League.
I struggle to find games when its so open ended, it's a shame HOL or LA Games Database can't have a filter in the search for games already played. I know how difficult that would be to implement though but I can dream
