Beastlord

Nice Psygnosis type start up! I remember thinking I'd put the time into getting stuck into this and mapping it as it seemed to have an eerie atmosphere. I think I attempted one afternoon then gave up as there was something far more exciting waiting in the wings to play! I think perseverance is the key for this on.

Last Ninja Remix

The behind-the-scene story of the development of Last Ninja is incredibly complex. Also, I believe the Amstrad CPC version is the most faithful to the glorious C64 Last Ninja trilogy.

Lost in Mine

This game is really, really good. The basic principle is as always - get to the exit, before time runs out. But you have to use many various mine machines and installations, like drills, lifts, coal combines and harvesters, mining lasers, explosives etc. Etc. A lot of them are remote - controlled. The game has a good music as well.

Secret of the Silver Blades review

Secret of the Silver Blades

Graphics: 7Music: 6Playability: 9Overall: 9

The story is not the most innovative, but this is compensated by the large dungeons and tons of monsters and treasures. The game can become a little boring if played at an easy difficulty level, but on the other hand it will not be frustrating. Definitely worth playing, especially if one has played the previous parts.
