I have to admit, I did not hear about this game back in the day. Picking it up now.. I have to say this is top-notch. Graphics are great, gameplay is good, and it isn't overly difficult. I also love the sound an music, where the music only plays when you go under water... Clever. This is a fantastic game

Awe loved this game, never beat it though. The graphics are superb, sound great and levels are hard. I think I need to give this one another go but definitely up in my top 10, maybe even top 5 Amiga platformer's.

Sadly, another of those I just played the demo endlessly and never bought the full game. It came out just as I was getting ready to pay way too much for my first PC. At the time this beat out pretty much every platformer on the PC.

A very cute game. Not very original, but all the elements of classic plateformer are here. GFX are excellent and colorful (wonderful 64 colours title screen). I really love the musics, it seems the composer was influenced by Tim Follin style (just listen the Ghouls'N Ghosts AMIGA version). And sounds are nice, 8 bits type but it's good .

But there is a big problem with the gameplay. The management of a unique fire button to jump and use the blade of the character isn't very effective. It's a shame this game doesn't permit to use a second fire button to jump. However, with a little bit of exercise ...

Finally, a nice game but beware, it is very difficult ! The choice of an underwater environnement as first level with so much inertia is very surprising. You'll need a lot of singleness in a game that pardons no mistakes. You've been warned...

One of the best five platformers on Amiga.
Cute and attractive graphics; very lovely and worked soundFX and tunes, it has a very good and solid gameplay.

Although its hard in the beginning it becomes a very rewarding and athmospheric puzzler, platformer and arcade.

All that mean that it is not as compulsive and dumb as, for example, Robocod.

Really fun game with great graphics and addictive gameplay. Similar to a lot of other games, but those other games just so happen to be fun too, so that's okay!

Very difficult, I never got very far at all, but am tempted to give it another go!!

A bit too harsh especially when an extra life is hard to obtain. But the game has a lot of bonus levels, secrets and a lot of logic/platformer fun to play! I dare to say it is very unique game. I wish there was part two

A little unknown game pops out of nowhere and has me hooked for weeks! The only drawback was my version was in German! Still, I made it to the last level and got completely stuck but it was fun getting there. Played it recently and never realised it was that tough! It's probably due to my zimmer frame getting in the way of the joystick!

Fantastic game - superb graphics, a lovely music while diving in the sea, fine leveldesign and many puzzles. I think it is one of the best jump and runs ever

One of th gest platformes I've ever played on my Amiga. Everything in this game's perfect or almost perfect. Apart maybe from that that I owned this game in German wich was real pain mith me not knowing absolutely nth about German language...

I never played this ever, but when I saw the high score of this game I felt I had to check it out. I was rather surprised in a positive way. Traps 'n Treasures is quite a good game indeed! Graphically this is very good with colourful and cute characters and backgrounds. The game mixes some ideas from other games and the result is a very nice and playable game. It is no way easy, but it's not way too hard. It'll keep you coming back for more! Sonically this is also good with some nice soundFX and changing of music for example when you dip under water, which creates a nice atmosphere. Since I played it today I know I will do so more often! Check it out!

This is one of those games, that made Amiga famous. A classic platformer, very colourful, with good graphics, smooth animation, pretty cute and fun to play.
