I wish more games on the Amiga were this polished. The scrolling and the controls are pretty smooth, aspects many games on the same platform were lacking in. I am not giving a perfect score because the graphics and the music could be better. As far as the gameplay is concerned, this is a commendable effort. One of the lesser known, yet highly enjoyable Amiga titles.

It is 2013 now and I am playing this amazing game after 20 years. Oh my god! It is so fun. This game is brilliant in every way. With a save disk you save your game pressing L on the futuristic street. Graphics, money management, sound, music, gameplay, puzzles, action,.. Everything is perfect. A classic, I can give 10/10 without a doubt. I have been playing for a week now, I am on the 20th level. So challenging and fun

A hidden gem this one and no mistake! Looked ok, sounded ok but played brilliantly! I spent hours on this game, it just had that "one more try" feel! Great stuff!

It's always great to see people dedicated to their game roaming around.
You guys have given many people a lot of hours of fun and we thank you for it!
As for insurance, you may want to check out Ultima Online

Thanks for all the kind words about the game folks... It really is touching that folks still enjoy it after all these years and even better that you are still able to play it. Mark continued into game coding and I didn't, but it is still fun to say you programmed games in the Amiga days.
Some facts about the game:
Original Title: Threshold
Mark coded the core game, level design and music, I worked on the strategic stuff between levels and the status display. Although the whole design and most of the clever ideas were pretty collaborative - I still have most of the scribbled notes we did somewhere.
We listened to a lot of Rush & Metallica as we coded it - enough to last me a lifetime
Most of it was coded in a farmhouse near Aberdeen although Mark finished the game a year later under his own steam elsewhere.
Influences: Gauntlet, Paradroid and a few others I can't remember
Why has no-one else offered insurance in a game? It seemed obvious to us!

For me that is one the best games on Amiga. Very well designed. Very good graphics. It has this thing that just makes you wanna play more and more.

It's fun when your drive system breaks down. You can still move yourself around with the recoil from your weapon.

This is one of my favourite Amiga games. In this game, controlling a remote controlled robot, you enter different arenas to compete for cash and prizes. The money you earn in levels can be used to purchase a wide array of weapons and upgrades some of which are illegal. As you get hit during the levels, parts of your robot can malfunction and it is still possible to complete a level even if your robot received huge damage. Every Amiga lover owes himself or herself to check this underappreciated classic.
