I only played a demo of this too! (I bet you're thinking I only had demo disks!) I quite liked it tho and I think I might have to give it another go! I don't remember it being as weird as The Lord of Infinity.

Valhalla & the Fortress of Eve is a bland game with frustrating puzzles and one of the most apersonal player characters I have ever seen. Sampled speech wasn't very common on the Amiga those days since most games still shipped on regular double density disks, which did offer only very limited storage space.
