This is still one of the best hockey sims around, I'm a born and raised hockey nut and this game will live forever on my Amiga. I still have an unopened original box that I bought off Ebay years ago out of fear of a corrupted disk or hard drive. Of course now getting a ADF is no problem. Pair this game up with the Hockey League Simulator and this game goes to another level. This is a game we still talk about at family gatherings years after the release of it and still play from time to time. It not about the graphics, its about the game play.

I played this a lot, though if I remember correctly I never figured out how to operate the goalkeeper - or if you indeed could operate him at all.

Good hockey game, there weren't that many hockey games on the Amiga. I only remember playing one other than this one, a German game which name eludes me at the moment.

Oh yes! The Greatest one! I've made finnish league teams and I'm playing finnish league with Hockey League Sim&WGH 2.

I remember when I was young, my neighbour had this and we played NHL(?) just writing the stats to paper...He hasn't HLS2...
