The best of the Bards games. It took a while to get the hang of it, but I once I got into it I couldn't get out. One of my top 5 RPGs.

As much time as I spent playing Bard's Tale I I spent three or four times the amount in game on Bard's Tale II. I loved it! Such wonderful games.

Played and finished all three of these games, but liked this one the best. Characters could get to fairly high levels, and no time travel nonsense that the 3rd game threw at you. The snares in the dungeons are unforgettable!
